Delete your FixMate account

You can also do this in the app: Profile → Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone numbers, profile photo, address and location
• Your bank details, ID and verification documents, and skills certificates
• Your service listings (providers)

What is kept

Bookings, payments, invoices and reviews are kept without your name for five years, because South African tax law requires financial records, and the other person in each job keeps their history.

You can't delete your account while a job is still in progress or while your wallet holds money. Finish the job or withdraw first.
